Last week, a well-known blogger in China said that Xiaomi has completed the new smart-watch that maybe called: Xiaomi Mi Watch Color, and is ready to present this product. Today this insider was officially confirmed. On the official pages of the brand in various social networks was published the first announcement of new smart watches. The next Xiaomi conference will take place on November 5, where the Chinese manufacturer will present: a line of Mi TV 5 televisions, a flagship smartphone with a 100-megapixel sensor camera Mi CC9 Pro and smart watches.
The text of the announcement says that the developers in the framework of this novelty have implemented a lot of innovations. The concept of design of new smart watches Xiaomi will undergo a significant change. The manufacturer has set a goal – to preserve the compact size of the device, providing the widest possible range of functionality. It is not yet clear how many surprises Xiaomi has prepared for users.
All previous watches were developed together with Huami company. However, this novelty will be an exception to this rule. Previous models were based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon CPUs. According to rumors, the new smart watches will also receive a platform from this manufacturer. Perhaps the new model will support NFC. Other technical features are still a mystery.
The announcement clearly illustrates the shape of the display. Developers have decided to bet on rectangular design.
