The Chinese manufacturer Oukitel has surfed a lot on the trend of large battery smartphones with its K series (see for example our K10000 Pro review ) and that of the reinforced hull models via the WP family.
With the Oukitel C12 Pro, it unveils a new smartphone that is closer to what can offer the iPhone X in terms of design. The mobile device features a large 6.18-inch round-edged display with a notch at the top and an 18: 9 aspect ratio, all taking advantage of a slightly curved 2.5D glass slab.
The model incorporates a substantial battery of 3300 mAh which will ensure a day of autonomy but retains a certain finesse enhanced by a glossy texture polycarbonate back.
The model Oukitel C12 Pro ships a SoC MT6739 Quad-core 1.5 GHz with 2 GB of RAM and runs Android 8.1 Oreo. On the back is a dual 8.0MP + 2.0MP sensor, and a fingerprint reader, which can be completed by the Face Unlock via the front camera.
Positioned at the entry level, the Oukitel C12 Pro promises to be marketed at a very attractive price, with an availability from September.
