Today it is difficult to find a person who could surely say that his smartphone never fell and was not subjected to accidental blows. Such an extreme external effect has a very negative effect on most mobile devices: the phone cracks the case or the touch screen, one of the side buttons stops working, the functional connectors fail. It also happens that the gadget does not turn on at all. Fortunately, today there are many so-called protected models on the market that can withstand the blows of decent strength. More specifically, we will pay attention to the phone called AllCall Rio X.

The declared weight of the AllCall Rio X is 193 grams. Such design characteristics make the model very convenient to use. One of the key highlights of AllCall Rio X is a special hardened metal body. In its manufacture nano-casting was used. The temperature at creation reached several hundred degrees Celsius. The result of the work was that the body of the new model can withstand any types of everyday damage (shock, friction, scratches). In addition, the metal shell of the phone perfectly withstands great pressure.

Almost the entire front panel is occupied by the display, which we will talk about later. Below the screen is a button to return to the main menu. Above it has a front camera and speaker. Behind there is the name of the manufacturer, made in corporate font. In the upper left corner of the back cover, the user will find the main camera, as well as the flash module.

The device in question is equipped with a USB input for connecting a charger and cable for transferring files from a PC. There is a loudspeaker. Naturally, a separate headset jack is provided.  Under the back panel is the battery, as well as 2 slots for SIM-cards. On the right side panel there is a volume rocker and a gadget on / off button.

When creating the main camera, engineers used the Sony IMX149 Exmor sensor (modules from this Japanese brand are considered to be the best, which already sets pleasant thoughts). The quality of the main photosensor is 8 Mp. He can take photographs, the resolution of which reaches 3264×2448 pixels. So that the owner could use the camera in the dark, it was equipped with an LED flash. The main sensor can shoot video with HD-resolution (1280×720 pixels). The frame rate when shooting is 30 fps. In addition, the user can adjust the white balance and use the scene selection mode.

The shock resistance of the case and the display is, of course, good, but let’s find out what technical elements this new budget phone AllCall Rio X is equipped with:

1. CPU. The brain of the smartphone is a 32-bit chip model ARM Cortex-A7. This processor operates on 4 cores. The operating frequency of each core is 1300 MHz. In principle, this technical element is not bad (even by modern standards), but it should not be heavily loaded.
2. Video card. For the performance of graphics operations is responsible dual-core processor ARM Mali-400 MP2. The working frequency of its cores is 500 MHz. The considered chip is a budget option, so it is not necessary to rely on the fact that it draws modern games.
3. RAM. AllCall Rio manned only 1 GB of RAM. By its type of RAM is single-channel. Its operating frequency is 533 MHz. It is clear that the 1st gigabyte is not enough (considering how much memory the current mobile applications require), but the minimum amount is quite natural tribute to the cheapness of a smartphone.

It should be mentioned that AllCall Rio X works on the Android 8.1 operating system. In fact, this is his main advantage. This OS is considered quite easy to use; It supports the latest versions of popular mobile applications. In principle, the most up-to-date gaming applications would be launched on it, only the “iron” of the phone can cope with far from all games.
