It is the first nano racer pre-equipped with a DJI compatible digital video return system based on the Caddx Vista case and the Caddx Nebula camera. The latter is small and light, which allows the Thinking P16 HD to do without a rigid carbon plate, for the benefit of an assembly based on a plastic structure of 7.9 cm diagonal from motor to motor with protections integrated propellers. The motors are 1103 to 8000KV brushless for Gemfan 1635 quadruple propellers. The flight controller is a GEP-12A-F4 AIO. As the name suggests, it is based on an F4 processor and includes a 12h BLheli_S ESC 4 in 1. He is flashed with Betaflight. The antenna which accompanies the Vista box is a dipole, and not the usually supplied Cherry polarized antenna, probably to gain a few grams.
The Thinking P16 HD weighs 64 grams without the battery. It will be available without a radio receiver, in which case it is enough to have the DJI radio remote control so that it is ready to fly. It will also be offered with a Crossfire Nano receiver from TBS, or an XM + or R-XSR from FrSky, or an A8S V2 from Flysky. To take off, GePRC recommends a Lipo 3S of 300 mAh, which ensures according to the manufacturer about 4 minutes of autonomy. The price ? The Thinking P16 HD will be offered from $239.99 at Banggood (without shipping, without taxes).
