This week, HONOR announced that over 10 million units of the HONOR 9X series have been shipped in China. As a ten-million-class product, its subsequent iterations have also recently surfaced.
Slashleaks has revealed a rendering of the HONOR 10X PRO, which has a more expensive and easier-to-use eye-catching screen with a small cutout in the top left corner, unlike the 9X series’ elevated lens. The whole thing is straight, but the screen bezel is narrow and the chin width is further shrunken.
Moving the view to the back, you can see three cameras placed vertically in a rectangular module, and the text on the right suggests a 64 million triple camera combination. The previous generation 9X PRO impressed users with its 48 million triple shot night camera, this time upgraded to 64 million, the imaging quality will be further optimized and improved, the combination may continue the main camera + wide angle + depth of field lens scheme.
Although other configurations are not yet clear, considering that the Kirin 810 is the biggest seller of the HONOR 9X series, it’s prudent to guess that the 10X series will be upgraded to the Kirin 820 SoC, which brings more powerful performance and 5G support.
