The Chuwi Ilife V5 is a cheap vacuum cleaner robot apparently like any other. We could say that it is more basic than others in the market, although in any case it exceeds all that is expected of it: to clean the floor of the house automatically and without forcing ourselves to make efforts . There are several versions, but we recommend the international one so that you do not have problems with the language. Let’s analyze all its characteristics.

When buying it in other places we should check if you send us the international version , since there is a version for Asian consumers that comes in Chinese, so both the instruction manual and the remote control will come in this language.

As we have said before, the Chuwi Ilife V5 has 15 sensors to try to crash as little as possible with our furniture, walls, doors, etc. 10 of them are in the rubber bumper that surrounds the vacuum cleaner.

When the sensors do not recognize an obstacle, the robot vacuum cleaner will hit it, but thanks to its side bumper that has pressure sensors, it will automatically turn around and route its course to another part.

An infrared sensor helps the vacuum cleaner to reach the charging base. If for some reason, the Chuwi Ilife V5 is stuck, under a sofa or in an enclosed room, you will never find such a base. We remind you that the Chuwi Ilife V5 does not work like many Roomba, that they return to the base when they finish the work, this is the opposite when it is running out of battery.

In the lower part we will also find anti-fall sensors (3), so that our robot does not go down the stairs and a couple of them that must be to recognize the terrain.
