If you are looking for a smartphone around the 500 Euro mark, or would like to have a flagship, but you are not sure if certain features etc. are worth an extra cost of more than 300 Euros, then the OnePlus 5T is just right Smartphone for you. For this not only gets great processing, a great camera, future-proof hardware and a relative pure Android experience with frequent updates, but also saves a lot. An upgrade from the OnePlus 5 is certainly not worthwhile, because the differences are not big enough, but new buyers can look forward to a great smartphone.
Nevertheless, there are still things with potential for improvement. This includes the video quality, the lack of optical image stabilization, IP certification and the lack of stereo sound. But these are things that are not important for everyone, and special software features of other manufacturers are not something for everyone. And in compensation, it even outperforms some of its more expensive competitors in some areas.
I’m pretty sure that anyone using the OnePlus 5T should not regret it, and with the money saved, you can end up treating yourself to something else, because you do not always need the most expensive and jam-packed device.
