Oukitel C17 Pro smartphone with a left punch screen
The Chinese mobile phone manufacturer OUKITEL has officially announced the C17 pro model. This is the first Oukitel equipment with a screen with a hole in the front camera. The Samsung Galaxy A8s has just been joined by Huawei nova 4, which also boasts a screen with a hole in which the front camera for selfie photos has been placed. The C17 Pro for a 6.35-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution (1530 x 720 pixels).
The Oukitel C17 Pro is a low-priced device, it is not based on 12 nm CPU MT6762, but on the stronger MT6763, on which the CUBOT X19 model are based. We can see through the parameter table, C17 Pro will have 2 versions, reflected in the memory combination, respectively 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM and 4GB RAM +64GB ROM.
The Chinese also took care of a 3700 mAh battery that can be recharged quickly. The whole works on Android 9 Pie. The equipment in China will be available with a voice assistant, and one of the interesting facts in the sofa are “video ringtones”. – Looped videos that are displayed while you are waiting for a call to be answered (they can be personalised for different friends).
At the back of C17 Pro there is a fingerprint reader and dual main camera, which offers 16 MP f/2.0 + 2 MP, the module supports auto-focus with phase detection and EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) and is able to record video in 2K resolution.
Connectivity in Oukitel C17 Pro is provided by Bluetooth 4.2, dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, LTE, GPS, A-GPS, Glonass and USB-C. There is also a gyroscope and Dual SIM (2x nano SIM) on board. The smartphone operates under Android 9.0 Pie.
At the moment, it is not known when the smartphone will be available in Worldwide. However, I believe that in June of this year, this budget smartphone will be sold first in Aliexpress or Gearbest stores.

At the price of less than US$100 THIS S AN AMAZING PHONE with one drawback it is very slow to charge. The size of the 3900mAh battery similar to my BlackBerry Passport at 3450mAh which charges in 1/3 of the time???
