Teclast Launched T40 Pro Tablet PC with 2K Display and Gyroscope

Teclast T40 Pro is an improved version of the Teclast T40 Plus, shares many technical specifications, while improving others. Teclast has in fact upgraded the photo and audio system, integrated a larger battery and added some sensors. You can already buy it on Amazon for just over $229.49 with free shipping. (Event Time: May 17, 7:45am-7:45pm PDT)

Built with a CNC aluminum unibody chassis, this tablet is compact enough (248 x 157 x 9.2 mm) and light enough (480 grams) to fit in a backpack and be used on the go. Teclast T40 Pro integrates an octa-core Unisoc T618 processor (two Cortex-A75 cores at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz), with ARM Mali-G52 MP3 GPU up to 830Hz, 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 memory expandable with a microSD card slot up to 2TB.

The tablet has a 10.4-inch 2K (2000 x 1200 pixels) TDDI touch display with 350-nit brightness and – in the upper bezel – built-in proximity and brightness sensors. The screen is topped by an 8MP camera with two microphones that pairs with the 13MP Sony AF rear sensor.

Moving on to connectivity, Teclast T40 Pro offers support for 4G/LTE networks (dual-SIM), WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou and a USB Type-C port that will take care of charging the 7000 mAh battery with fast charging up to 18W. There is no shortage of four speakers with digital amplifier, gyroscope and Android 11 operating system.
