Xiaomi integrates Google Lens into the MIUI camera application

The confirmation of this news came to the Indian MIUI Forum. In fact, Google Lens gives you an idea of what’s around you – animals, books, music covers, attractions, QR codes, recognizing objects around you when you point your camera. It can also automatically collect information from your business card and save it, so you no longer have to spend time saving it. The application will do everything for you. You can also simply point the camera at the calendar date and add the task for that day to your notes right away.

Currently the function will work on POCOPHONE F2, Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Y3 smartphones with beta software, after you enable this option in the settings. To run it, you must have the last build of updates. Just open the “Camera” application, the Google lens is in the context menu, in the upper right corner.

This means that the application no longer needs to be downloaded separately, and one click is enough to start the function.
