If you are looking for a big freestyle drone with power to spare and can capture HD footage then the Eachine LAL3 is definitely an option for you. It won’t have the clarity that flying DJI FPV will but it is still pretty solid and a whole lot cheaper. The LAL3 isn’t a drone for flying under the radar. It’s more of a hey look at me over here kind of drone.

It is ensured by a Caddx Turtle V2 camera, capable of providing real-time analog video feedback with a FOV of 155 ° and recording images in FullHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) at 60 frames per second with a FOV of 160°. The video transmitter is an XF5806 in 5.8 GHz compatible with 40 channels, capable of transmitting in 0 mW (pitmode), 25 mW (the maximum authorized in France), 100 mW or 300 mW. A radio receiver (PPM, DSM, SBUS or over UART) must also be added to the set. You also need a battery: Eachine recommends a 3S or a 4S of 450 mAh with an XT30 connector.

The Eachine LAL3 is a 145 mm 3-inch FPV drone that is unlike any other I have flown. Starting with the 4K dual-lens Caddx Tarsier camera this drone is capable of capturing crisp 4K footage onboard. It uses the second camera to provide an FPV feed and is one of the better FPV cameras out there. The 4K camera is good, not quite GoPro good but unless you are trying to produce commercial footage it is probably more than good enough for most pilots. As an added bonus you get an included ND8 filter that fits over both lenses. I typically record in 1080P and find it more than good enough.
