Externally, the Alfawise V8S is not much different from other robot vacuum cleaners. The device has a round shape and is made of matte black plastic. The vacuum cleaner has a small size of 32 x 32 x 8 cm and a weight of only 2.6 kg. At first glance it seems that this is a very fragile gadget that can break if it collides with a wall or furniture. But, as practice shows, this is an erroneous opinion. During use and even tests for durability Alfawise V8S proved to be very good.

There is almost nothing on the top panel, except for the “Auto” button and the Alfawise logo. On the bottom panel there are two connectors for charging from the docking station, two side and one main wheel and navigation sensors. Connector for direct connection of the power supply is on the side face.

The main feature of the Alfawise V8S is the suction power. It is 1300 Pa. This is a very good indicator for a budget robot vacuum cleaner. He says that a vacuum cleaner collects debris and dust more efficiently than other devices in this category.

This is not the only great feature of the Alfawise V8S. He is also able to operate at maximum power for about two hours. Awesome, isn’t it? In addition, the noise level does not exceed 65 dB.

The BLDC brushless motor provides more powerful suction, higher efficiency and a longer operating time than conventional motors. Alfawise V8S offers three modes of cleaning: auto, edge and cleaning along the planned route. Of course, it has sensors to prevent collisions and falls from the stairs.

Another advantage of the new vacuum cleaner is its roller for collecting debris. It has a length of 19.1 cm. At the moment – this is the longest roller of all that robot vacuum cleaners can offer. The speed and efficiency of cleaning increases significantly!

The design of the robot vacuum cleaner allows it to overcome obstacles up to 1.5 cm in height or tilts up to 15 degrees. You can control the device using the remote control, which greatly simplifies the process of cleaning. The remote has a compact size and a small number of buttons. You can easily figure it out.

The novelty is equipped with a 2600 mAh capacity battery. As we have said, a single battery charge lasts for 2 hours of cleaning. At the end of the cleaning or if the charge level drops below 20% – the vacuum cleaner returns to the base itself. It takes 4 to 6 hours to fully charge. At the end of charging, the vacuum cleaner continues cleaning from the place where it was interrupted.

The volume of the dust collection container is 350 ml. It is quite enough to clean a room of medium size. Thanks to the convenient design the container is easy to clean. You just need to open the lid and throw the garbage in the trash.
