Chuwi CoreBook 2 in 1 Tablet PC
Chuwi, the popular Chinese manufacturer for its Windows 2-in-1 tablets and convertibles, relies on crowdfunding to bring some of its devices to market. He did so with SurBook, which raised more than a million dollars in its last campaign, and is now on the same path with CoreBook, a powerful 2-in-1 convertible that triumphs at Indiegogo.
The Chuwi CoreBook stands out for offering the power of a conventional laptop but with the lightness and portability of a tablet. It features a 13.3-inch Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixel touch screen with 350-nit brightness, developed with fully laminated technology to reduce glare and is perfect for indoor and outdoor use.
For the best possible tablet experience, the display features palm lock and a writing angle of less than 30 degrees, as well as an activated pen with 1,024 pressure points for note taking. Moreover, to function as a laptop for all purposes, the Chuwi CoreBook is equipped with a wide-angle keyboard with continuous hinges, which can be adjusted between 0 and 165 degrees to suit the user.
The computer integrates a 7th generation Intel Core M3 processor with two cores and four threads, with excellent performance for both work and play video games. The chip is accompanied by an Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU, a component that supports 4K video playback and runs 3D games, 6GB of DDR3 RAM to ensure smooth multitasking, and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The operating system is Windows 10 Home.
The equipment is complete with a fingerprint reader on the front to unlock the device, and a high-density lithium battery with up to eight hours of autonomy with fast 12V/3A charger. In addition, it integrates a USB-C 3.0 port for charging and data transmission.
