Cubot P40 Android 10.0 Quad Camera Budget King Phone 2020

Remember that CUBOT P30 was released in May 2019. Since then, until December 31, it has successfully become one of the best-selling mobile phones in Europe. Today, CUBOT just released its new mobile phone CUBOT P40 on their Facebook.

The CUBOT P40 features a 6.21-inch HD + screen and a very narrow frame design. It is equipped with 4,200 mAh battery and has fast charging function of 10 W. The P40 has a powerful camera configuration and a multi-functional three-in-one camera on the back, including a 12MP main lens, a 5MP depth lens and a 0.3 MP macro lens. On the front is a 20MP camera with Live Focus, which can easily realize excellent self-photos and high-quality video calls.

As for the processor, the CUBOT P40 is equipped with the MTK6761D chipset, which integrates four ARM Cortex-A53 cores and has a dominant frequency of up to 2 GHz. It integrates a PowerVR GE6300 GPU with frequencies up to 660 MHz. The integrated memory controller supports the LPDDR4x-3200 (up to 6 GB). In addition, LTE radios with Cat-7 DL (300 Mbps download) and Cat-13 UL (150 Mbps upload) and 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi modems are integrated. In short, it is a very power-saving and energy-saving mobile processor.

As an entry-level device, this time the P40 uses a combination of 4GB of RAM and 128GB of memory, which is surprising. Compared with the previous combination of 2GB and 16GB, this just shows the sincerity of CUBOT, a Chinese manufacturer, and everything is for consumers.

It is worth mentioning that P40 is not equipped with fingerprint identification module, but only uses facial identification. We can know from the design of several models last year that CUBOT doesn’t seem to like fingerprint identification very much. Is it because such design will affect the beauty of mobile phones? This can be concluded from last year’s star mobile phone CUBOT X20 Pro, which does not affect customers’ liking it.
