Eachine Cvatar 142mm 6S 3 Inch Cinewhoop Duct FPV Racing Drone

The manufacturer Eachine had remained confined to small Cinewhoop aircraft named Eachine Cvatar. It is now also launching larger Cinewhoop cameras capable of carrying an original GoPro camera. This is the promise of the Cvatar, a contraction of Cinewhoop and Avatar, in relation to the blue colour adopted by the camera. The look is not surprising, as it is the same as that of its countless competitors. It is based on a minimalist carbon structure with a diagonal of 14.2 cm on which the engines are fixed, from 1507 to 2400KV for 3-inch three-blade Gemfan propellers.

The flight controller at the heart of the aircraft is an F722 based on an F7 processor, coupled with a 35A 4-in-1 ESC. It is also equipped with an FPV RunCam Nano2 700TVL with a 2.1mm lens. The video transmitter is a Eachine TXC23 capable of transmitting in 25 mW (the maximum allowed in France), but also 200 mW, 600 mW and 800 mW! A Duct type fairing protects the propellers, with PLA parts. Eachine delivers a GoPro compatible mounting bracket (but no camera fairing).

The video part is in analog, but if you intend to equip yourself with DJI’s headphones for digital video feedback, know that the Cvatar comes with TPU parts to install an FPV Air Unit on board, as well as DJI’s camera, replacing the RunCam Nano2 and its 5.8 GHz VTX. Eachine also provides guides for the FPV Air Unit antennas.

The Eachine Cvatar is delivered without radio receiver, or with a FrSky R-XSR or XM+ receiver, or TBS Crossfire Nano RX. The weight, without receiver and battery, is 288.2 grams. There is no GoPro bracket included with the device. The power plug is an XT60. Eachine recommends 6S batteries for this model, which will be offered from $185.00 at Banggood. A 4S model will also be available, with 1507 to 3600KV motors.
