The Elephone brand is preparing the pre-launch of its new smartphone Elephone E10 Pro and is organizing a promotional operation around this event, with accessories to be won and the possibility to get the mobile device for free.

Featuring a 6.5 inch HD+ display with a water drop notch for the 13.0MP front photo sensor, it features a SoC Helio P22 with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage, expandable by memory card (up to 256 GB).

I think the size is “not bad”. I think this can also be cited as a trend for emerging Chinese manufacturers, but they often weigh a bit more than products from larger manufacturers. However, the product weighs less than 200 g in its 6.5-inch size, which isn’t too heavy compared to high-end smartphones. Incidentally, the GALAXY S20+ is 6.7 inches at 186 g and the HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro 5G is 6.53 inches at 198 g.

In addition to its neat design and its 4000 mAh battery, the strong point of the Elephone E10, which runs under Android 10, is based on its system of 4 photo sensors grouped in a rectangle. The main module is a large 1/2″ 48.0MP sensor with 7 element optics for detail and brightness.

It comes with an ultra-wide 13.0MP (120 degree) ultra-wide-angle lens, a macro module, and a depth sensor to fine-tune the portrait mode. It also features a Night mode and benefits from specific settings via its on-board artificial intelligence.

The front has a water drop type notch. It’s not the punch-hole type that’s been increasing in recent years, but it’s a well-designed design considering the price range. On the back, the camera makes its presence known, but the beautiful gradient is eye-catching. In addition to this “blue” color, there is also the “black” color used in the top image.

I didn’t have a very good image of the side. We’ve reviewed ELEPHONE phones several times here at Uintab, and they’re very beautiful and high quality for the price, but it looks like the power button doubles as a fingerprint sensor.

As I mentioned in the article, I think the biggest selling point of this product is the “camera”. In addition, while the price of the entry class, “enough to use” CPU performance and RAM, storage capacity is also attractive. What I’m a little concerned about is whether the image quality of the camera is as good as its face value, and I think it’s worth buying if it’s of “so-so” quality.

It’s worth mentioning that the ELEPHONE E10 Pro, as an upgrade to the E10, only upgraded the ROM, from 64GB to 128GB, other parameters remain unchanged.
