Now I will introduce a new TV-Box with Android 9 Pie and SoC Amlogic S905X2 which is called HK1 Play. Other brands like Beelink U55 are already preparing their firmware with Android 9.0 that surely are a little more worked.
The HK1 Play is a low-cost Android TV-Box with enough hardware for normal use. The S905X2 processor allows us to use the apps without problems and run powerful games like PUBG. This brand has no known support where to go, we will stay with Android 9 all his life.
The TV Box HK1 Play includes the SoC Amlogic S905X2, a Quad Core that reaches up to 1.8GHz and integrates a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU much more powerful than the classic Mali-450 and that carries for video playback a TruLife Gen8 VPU with specific hardware for encoding and decoding. We have on board 2GB /4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM memory and 16/32/64 GB of eMMc storage memory that can be expanded from the microSD card reader that includes this equipment.
The TV-Box HK1 Play includes wireless connectivity level Dual Band WIFI and Bluetooth 4.1. The connectors included in the plastic box are a USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0, analog audio and video output port, an Ethernet 10/100 connector, SPDIF digital audio connector and HDMI 2.0 video output. The Pre-installed system is Android 9 Pie in its classic version and we have as standard among the accessories IR remote control.
