Huawei Honor K2 Kids 2G SmartWatch

Huawei officially announced a new model of Honor K2 Kids smart GPS watches for children. The price of the new model has not been announced yet, but advance orders for watches are already accepted. To book a watch, an advance payment of $3 to $6 is required, and delivery of the watch will begin on December 26. The gadget is available in two colors: pink and blue.

The Honor K2 Kids features a 1.3-inch 240*240 pixel LCD screen, MT2503AVE processor, 4MB of RAM and 16GB of flash drive. A 600 mAh battery is used as the battery. The battery is charged in approximately 2 hours and one battery charge is sufficient for 7 days of standby use. The watch is equipped with a silicone strap and will fit on the wrist with a coverage of 110 to 180 mm. The IP67 rating allows the watch to be submerged to a depth of 1.5 meters within 30 minutes, meaning it will survive the rain or shower.

The K2 Kids Smartwatch features are not much different from similar children’s watches. They allow you to locate your child, support calls and messages (there is a slot for nanoSIM-card), record the call and emergency call SOS. In addition, there are features such as adding friends, chatting with friends and family group chat, incentive system, weather widget, stopwatch, alarm clock, etc.

Honor K2 Kids Smartwatch is compatible with Android 4.4 and iOS 9.0 smartphones and their latest versions. As mentioned above, the price of the watch is not yet announced. It will be known on December 26, when the gadget will go on sale.
