Nowadays, many people will choose to use headphones to listen to songs, especially the real wireless Bluetooth headphones are very popular with everyone for their small size. However, this TWS earphone is also divided into two camps, one is ordinary brands with less than US $50 and the other is high-end brands with more than US $200. Is high-end earphones really good? Aren’t ordinary brands worth buying? Today, I bring you a QCY T5S TWS Bluetooth headset worth only about US $30 to see if it is worth buying.
The QCY T5S is an upgraded version of the previous QCY T5, the charging compartment and the headset both look almost the same, don’t look only $20 more expensive, but the essence of the upgrade, the most obvious is the better range, the battery is 600 mAh, and it also added the use of smart app, can be app to check the headset power and pop-up window pairing. To be honest though, I don’t find the app very useful, but the longevity is very practical.
The QCY T5S charging compartment has a capacity of 600mAh, and with the headphones themselves for up to 35 hours of range, it’s no problem to listen to it for days at a time on a charge. So what exactly are the pros and cons of this headset? Is it really worth it?
The QCY T5S is designed with a handle that looks a bit longer, but this design allows the microphone to be placed at the bottom of the cylinder, closer to the mouth, so the call effect will be clearer.
The two headphones are placed side by side in a clever staggered arrangement in the charging compartment, saving space and increasing aesthetics. The headset features a magnetic contact charging design that makes it easy to hold and place. The QCY T5S headphones can be used to connect to your mobile phone, so you can put one away and listen to the other one.
That said, the first advantage I found with the QCY T5S was the fast connection speed. Although there are currently some TWS headphones designed to increase connection speed, they are even designed to boot the headset with the cover open for Bluetooth connectivity. But the actual experience found that the QCY T5S connects faster than the open cover. Basically take the headset out of the charging compartment and after about three seconds or so you’ll be able to connect the phone automatically.
One other thing I think the QCY T5S does well is the cue tone. When it comes to beeps, the IDE0007 personally believes that the simpler the better, and the QCY T5S uses a few taps as a cue, simple and straightforward. I’ve also seen the kind of speaker and headphone products that say a bunch of dozens of word cues after starting up, which is nothing short of noise pollution. In contrast, I prefer “lightweight” headphones like the QCY T5S.
As for wearing, the QCY T5S is also very easy to put on with the small handle in your hand, and even though there is no ear support, it is well secured without falling off. But the QCY T5S is not a sports headset, so it’s still not recommended to wear it for strenuous exercise.
In terms of operation, it uses touch operation, a tap on the outside for headset control, divided into stand-alone double-click and triple-click multiple combinations, the function is still very powerful. In terms of audio performance, I think it’s a lot better than most hundreds of dollars headphones, in fact for this kind of headphones, being able to satisfy the daily listening to music and watching videos is enough.
I feel that I should choose this kind of simple and easy to use headphones, pick up the quick link, put into the charging compartment Bluetooth immediately disconnect, wear very comfortable, listening to songs without harsh, battery is enough, light enough, this is what I really need the TWS headphones. And the QCY T5S is one such headset, now I use it every day to listen to songs and watch videos, it’s really convenient. If you’re like me and like simple and easy to use headphones, try this one.
