Redmi 10X is Debuting MediaTek Helio G85

Xiaomi will release Mi 10 Lite and MIUI 12 on April 27th.On the other hand, a new Redmi branded machine is on the way. On April 23rd, the previous model M2003J15SC Redmi new machine through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology network access license.

This new Redmi machine is named Redmi 10X and will be priced at around 1000 Yuan with MediaTek Helio G85 chip. The Redmi 10x is said to feature a digitized screen scheme with a quad-shot shower bar on the back and a 48-megapixel main camera.

In terms of core configuration, the Redmi 10X will feature a 6.53-inch full screen with a resolution of 2340×1080, debuting MediaTek G85 with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 13 megapixels in the front, 48 million + 8 million + 2 million + 2 million quad-photo in the rear, and a battery of 5020mAh.

The Helio G80 is a new mid-range chip that MediaTek just launched in February, based on a 12nm process and designed as an 8-core. Little” design, with two Cortex A75s at 2GHz and six A55s at 1.8GHz.

The GPU is the Mali-G52 MC2 at 950MHz, and the performance of the entire chip is close to that of the Snapdragon 710.

In addition to supporting up to 8GB of LPDDR4X memory, the Helio G80 also features the “HyperEngine” gaming engine, which, among other things, intelligently switches between LTE and Wi-Fi when a slow network connection is detected.

The machine is likely to debut in May, and recently Xiaomi Group China president and Redmi brand general manager Lu Weibing hinted that Redmi is going to use MediaTek Tiangui 800 chip, the model could be a new Redmi Note series (Redmi Note 9?).

The Redmi 10X will probably be shown alongside the new Redmi Note series.
