The given review is devoted to a novelty in the market of robots-vacuum cleaners – models Xiaowa Robot Vacuum Cleaner Lite C102 – 00. Robot from the third series of Xiaomi, however, the actual manufacturer of this device, as well as the devices of the previous two series – the company Roborock. Despite the fact that the model is completely new and came out in 2018, it already appeared on sale in Russia at a democratic price ranging from 13,900 to 15,990 rubles, which can not but please customers. The vacuum cleaner does not have a wet cleaning function, but the machine is capable of dry cleaning of any types of floor covering (linoleum, parquet, tile, carpet, etc.). By equipping with a standard set of sensors, the robot vacuum cleaner is easy to maneuver and is able to carry out thorough cleaning without passing dirt and dust along the skirting boards, furniture legs and corners.

As mentioned above, the main distinguishing feature of Xiaowa Robot Vacuum Cleaner Lite in comparison with the previous models of the first and second series is the absence of a laser range finder. Therefore, this robot vacuum cleaner is not able to build a room map. However, this circumstance affected the cost reduction of the device and made it much more affordable for customers.
For better orientation in space in the automated robot cleaner, there were infrared sensors of obstacles and height difference. Also, the device provides scheduled cleaning and various cleaning modes (Silent, Standard, Strong and MAX).
The robot vacuum cleaner is controlled from the buttons on the case, or from the already familiar mobile application Mi Home for smartphones. In addition to selecting the mode and setting the cleaning schedule, the application can monitor the status of consumables (filter, brush) for timely replacement if necessary.
The Xiaowa Robot Vacuum Cleaner Lite has a medium power motor with a suction force of 1600 Pa. The test of the vacuum cleaner showed that this power is enough to collect dust and small debris from smooth floor coverings.
Like the previous models from earlier series, the robot is able to overcome obstacles not more than 2 cm high, so the cable lying on the floor will not present a problem for it.
As an additional feature in the robot, the following function is provided: if the device is on a carpet, it automatically increases the suction power for more thorough cleaning.
