Xiaomi today introduced its two smartphones Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite. No surprise, because both smartphones have already been ordered from Gearbest since yesterday . Both the Mi A2 and the Mi A2 Lite offer LTE Volume 20 and are part of the Android One initiative. Here is the unchanged Android used. The technical data of the two models are of course different.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 is based on the Xiaomi Mi 6X and uses a 5.99-inch diagonal 18.5″ IPS screen with a native resolution of 2,160 x 1,080 pixels. In addition, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 is used as SoC, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage space.
The official price is 279 Euro. Alternative variants with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage space are also planned and cost 349 euros.
The dual main camera works with 12.0MP + 20.0MP. Xiaomi often looks for comparisons to the Samsung Galaxy A8 and presents the Mi A2 as clearly superior. The front camera of the Xiaomi Mi A2 uses the sensor IMX376 with 20 megapixels and even offers HDR. The battery of the smartphone is 3,010 mAh.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is based on the Redmi 6 Pro. It again uses a 5.84-inch diagonal screen with a resolution of 2,280 x 1,080 pixels. Inside, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space.
The main camera handles 12 + 5 megapixels while the front camera uses 5 megapixels. For the battery are called 4000 mAh. As with the regular Mi A2 sits on the back of the fingerprint scanner. Also, the storage space via microSD is expandable. The Mi A2 Lite costs 129 euros. With 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage then fall to 179 euros.
For what is offered here are the prices quoted, by the way, they refer to Spain, war declarations. Even the Xiaomi Mi A1 quickly developed into an extremely popular middle-class smartphone. I have such a hunch that it could go on just as with the Xiaomi Mi A2 or A2 Lite.
