The Amazfit T-Rex Pro from Huami has been in the news since January. Before the official launch of this rugged smartwatch on March 23, it was leaked several times, revealing almost everything about it, including the price. Now, what’s even stranger is that it’s already on sale in Poland.
A Polish website called Tabletowo reports that the Huami Amazfit T-Rex Pro is being sold in Poland by a retailer called Allegro. The smartwatch is on sale in the said country, priced at $193.25. YouTuber has also posted an unboxing video for the Amazfit T-Rex Pro that gives viewers a very good look at the latest smartwatch from the well-known brand with an advertised price tag of $203.99.
When it comes to design and specifications, the Amazfit T-Rex Pro is identical to the original, with a few changes. The pro version sports a 1.3-inch circular AMOLED display with 360*360 pixel resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass protection and an oleophobic coating.
The watch has all the essential sensors, such as a 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, BioTracker 2 PPG (proprietary heart rate sensor), compass and altimeter. Being a rugged smartwatch intended for customers engaged in outdoor activities, the smartwatch is waterproof up to ATM and comes with GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo).
This device connects to Android 5.0+ and iOS 10.0+ devices via Bluetooth 5.0 LE using the Zepp app. It runs an RTOS OS (as found on the company’s other new smartwatches) and is backed by a 390 mAh battery.
Finally, the Amazfit T-Rex Pro measures 47.7 mm x 47.7 mm x 13.5 in dimensions (without the strap) and weighs 59.4g.
The price of the Amazfit T-Rex Pro in Poland is approximately the disclosed price of €169.90. The Watch is available in three colors in this region, namely steel blue, desert gray and black. However, the latter variant is already out of stock.
