BetaFPV X-Knight 5 inch 6S Racing Drone

This mini racer from BetaFPV is an ultra-light 6S model for 5-inch propellers: the manufacturer has insisted that it remains under 250 grams with its battery. The structure is in carbon, X-shaped, with two plates to stiffen the arms. A Spartan regime to obtain a weight of 26.5 grams.

The flight controller is based on an F4 processor, flashed with Betaflight, associated on the same component with an ESC 4 in 1 of 35A compatible 6S. The motors are brushless 1805 to 1550KV for three-bladed Gemfan 5125 propellers. A central pod houses the camera, a Caddx Baby Ratel 1200TVL with a 160° FOV, and a 5.8 GHz M02 video transmitter (see here) compatible with 40 channels and SmartAudio, for a power of 25 mW (the maximum allowed in France), 100 mW, 200 mW or 350 mW to go further where it is allowed to do so.

BetaFPV recommends the use of 6S 550 mAh 75C batteries with an XT60 connector for nervous flights with high accelerations. It can be delivered without radio receiver, or with FrSky FCC, FrSky LBT, Futaba, TBS Crossfire Nano RX, DSMX models…
