Surprise: OnePlus returns to medium production! OnePlus 8 Lite in its full glory poses on visualizations and graphics prepared by a very reliable source. We know practically nothing about the OnePlus 8 Lite specification – until I’m curious to see what OnePlus’s first mid-range smartphone will offer since 2015.
Most maniacs and probably all OnePlus fans associate OnePlus with high-end smartphones. In 2015, the Chinese showed the OnePlus X model, which was the first and supposedly the last manufacturer’s average. Allegedly, since then, the company’s authorities have said several times that no mid-market smartphone is planned.
Everything changed in October this year when Liu Zuohu suggested the launch of a new 5G smartphone in the fourth quarter of 2019, which is expected to happen later this month. Importantly, the heart of the new smartphone would be a 5G medium-bulk Snapdragon SM7250 with 5G support. This processor debuted last Wednesday as Snapdragon 765(G). Does this mean that OnePlus average can become a fact? Definitely yes!
The reliable leakster OnLeaks has just confirmed, which in cooperation with the source service has prepared a visualization of the smartphone called laboriously OnePlus 8 Lite. The name is only a guess, but the discussed equipment will undoubtedly be a representative of the average price shelf.
Visually, OnePlus 8 Lite is very similar to the Galaxy A91, which is also due to debut in the near future. So we have a large (about 6.5-inch) screen with a central hole for the selfie camera and a large island for a double camera with LED diode. Next to it we can probably see a 3D ToF sensor.
The more interesting things you can see still USB type C, and you can not see the 3.5 mm jack connector. There is no fingerprint reader on the visualization, so it will probably be integrated with the screen. This suggests the presence of AMOLED matrix. I wonder if OnePlus will decide to refresh it at 90 Hz – the chances are good.
We don’t know much about the OnePlus 8 Lite specification – as I said before, it will almost certainly get a Snapdragon 765(G) processor. The rest is a mystery for now.
