The well-known brand of Chinese origin Zeblaze returns to the fray with a new smartwatch. After models like the Zeblaze Blitz, Mini Wear or Crystal, the firm returns to a more classic design with the Zeblaze Classic. A smartwatch that offers a great presentation with its aluminum dial and leather strap, the device protection with IP65 certification and the best features with the built-in heart rate and pedometer.
With a firm commitment to more traditional aesthetic lines, Zeblaze offers us a smartwatch with a circular dial. It is made of aluminum that provides greater strength and better finish. How could it be otherwise, the strap is also infected with this spirit, being made of leather. The dimensions of the Zeblaze Classic are the usual ones of a wristwatch, 25 x 4.20 x 1.19 cm and a weight of just 50 g.
The Zeblaze Classic smartwatch incorporates a unique wheel-shaped button to turn the screen on. On the back of the watch, we have the heart sensor, loudspeaker and the pins for magnetic charging. Unlike other market models, the device has IP65 certification, resistant to water and dust (not submersible). A cheap Chinese smartwatch but with features and finishes that do not include more expensive models.
One of the most important aspects is the clock dial, a 1.21-inch screen with IPS panel and resolution 240 x 240 pixels. The panel used by Zeblaze allows you to have good viewing angles and an optimal brightness level to check our watch outdoors. It incorporates the MediaTek MTK2502 processor that we already saw in the No.1 G5, the RAM memory allows a good fluidity with the different functions.
Among which are phone calls and SMS, music player, remote control of the camera and mobile player, remote notifications of apps like WhatsApp or Facebook, calendar, alarms, etc. Also other referring to our health as the pedometer with calculation of steps and calories consumed, test with the heart sensor, automatic sleep monitor, GPS positioning using the linked phone, among other functions. But to enjoy part of these features will be necessary to link our smartphone through Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity (compatible with Android and iOS devices).
With respect to Bluboo U Watch, the Zeblaze device wins in different sections. First, even with dimensions of 1.44 inches, the TFT panel chosen is clearly lower than the IPS of Zeblaze Classic. The resolution is 140 x 140 compared to the 240 x 240 pixels of the Zeblaze model, so the sharpness is lower. Both devices have IP65 protection, dimensions, sphere material and weight. However, the autonomy of the Bluboo model is much higher, 350 against 250 mAh, reaching up to 3 days of autonomy.
