Umidigi A7 Pro is a new Visionary Quad Camera Value King Phone
A week ago I wrote about the new UMIDIGI S5 Pro, today we officially know its release date, and will land on Aliexpress in mid-May. The promotional sale will start on May 26th, so it is worth to hurry up, because later the price will increase.
The new A7 Pro is the successor to A5 Pro, and its biggest advantages are a huge 4150 mAh battery and a multifunctional quadruple camera. UMIDIGI A7 Pro seems to be the budget answer to the recently released CUBOT X30, so I took the liberty of a small comparison.
It has a 4150mAh battery with a fast 18W USB-C charger to provide incredible battery life. What’s more, A7 Pro can be used as a powerbank, and charge them with other devices.
A7 Pro is equipped with a quadruple rear camera consisting of a 48MP main lens, 13MP ultra-wide-angle, 5MP macro and 5MP depth camera. In addition to the typical features of the camera, there is also a night mode for taking better pictures in low light conditions, an ultra-wide mode, and a macro mode.
It equipped with a 6.3-inch FHD+ display (1080×2340 pixels) with a point-to-point self-contained camera. The 16MP selfie camera has a hole of only 4.5 mm.
It is equipped with a MediaTek Helio P23 processor, with 4GB of LPDDR4X memory and 128GB of internal memory. The two-channel LPDDR4X memory has 50% more performance than the older LPDDR3 RAM. The phone also has a dedicated slot for microSD card.
UMIDIGI A7 Pro is one of the first smartphones with Android 10. The phone is available in three fashionable colors: Space Grey, Midnight Blue. In addition, it supports “OK Google”, has an NFC module and 4G LTE.
The new A7 Pro offers a good all-round smartphone for the current price range. A good battery life, sufficient performance and an acceptable camera could convince. The current Android 10 system completes the package. Small drops of bitterness are the somewhat too dark display and the not quite mature camera software. But you can hardly complain about this for the price range.
